Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Cold packs are not required. Upon receipt, store products in a cool, dark environment (≤ 4°C recommended) for optimal long-term stability.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at our contact page with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
