What are your products intended for?
All products sold on Optimize Inner Circle are strictly intended for in-vitro research and laboratory experimentation only. They are NOT intended for human consumption, clinical use, or therapeutic purposes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Do you publish Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by third-party laboratories using HPLC and mass spectrometry. All COAs are published on our
COA page and available for download before purchase.
What purity level are your peptides?
All of our peptides meet or exceed 99% purity as verified by independent third-party HPLC testing. Exact purity percentages are documented on each product's COA.
Do I need to reconstitute the peptides?
Yes. Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and require reconstitution with bacteriostatic water before use in research. We sell
BAC water and provide reconstitution guidance on our blog.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. All orders include tracking information sent via email.
Do peptides require cold pack shipping?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature during transit and do not require cold packs. Once received, store them in a cool, dark place (refrigerator recommended, ≤ 4°C) for long-term stability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're evaluating international shipping options and will update our policies when available.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. See our
